We are happy to offer our music for commercial and other multimedia projects. If you would like to use music from the Spirit Voyage Records catalog, please read through to understand the different options:
There are two parts to licensing: Master (sound recording) and Music (the underlying composition). Spirit Voyage Records grants licenses through Modern Works Publishing.
While we offer music from many artists and record labels on this website, we only manage licensing for music from Spirit Voyage Records. Please check that the music you wish to license is from our record label before proceeding.
Playing Music in Your Yoga Class (In-Person or Online)
Use of music in a commercial setting, including retail locations, in-person, and online yoga classes requires a license for use.
We are partnered with Yogi Tunes to allow Yoga Teachers easy access to play our music in classes, both in-person and online. Our entire Spirit Voyage Records catalog is available for license through their convenient subscription platform. Personal, professional, and studio membership plans are available.
Licensing Recorded Songs
If you would like to use a recording from one of the albums released by Spirit Voyage Records, you must get both a Master License (to use the recording) and a Music License (to use the composition). Please check our catalog prior to requesting to make sure that Spirit Voyage Records controls the rights to the song(s) you are seeking to use.
