Posture Description:

Sitting on the floor, with your legs out in front, bend the knees bringing the feet flat on the floor, parallel to each other about shoulder width apart about 2 fists. 

Leaning the upper body back and place the palms flat on the ground behind you with the fingers facing towards the feet, about shoulder width apart.    Lift the hips up off the floor, distributing the body’s weight equally between the feet and hands.

 

The body should be parallel to the floor in a straight line from knees to the top of the head, hips held up.  Apply Neck Lock.

 

One variation is to let the neck to drop back.
