Meditation: Dhrib Dhristi Lochina Karma Kriya

  • Mantra: Sa Ta Na Ma
  • Posture:

Sit in easy pose with a straight spine, with a very slight neck lock (jalandhar bandh).

The shoulders and hips should be aligned. Hands in gyan mudra on the knees.

Close your mouth with the front teeth touching each other (you can hear them click when they touch) You might need to push the lower jaw forward a little to bring the tips of the lower and upper front teeth together. The tongue touches the roof of the mouth or the upper palate. This should happen naturally within about a minute of starting the meditation.

Silently project the mantra SAA TAA NAA MAA out from the third-eye point. Beam it out, creating an internal harmony.
