Editor’s Note: Anne Novak is one of our faculty with Kundalini Yoga U. She is currently one of the teachers for The Fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga and the lead teacher for Understand and Heal Pain. In this course, Anne offers yogic practices and perspectives in neuroscience to transform your relationship with pain. Experiential and evidence-based teaching strategies will encompass the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of pain. You will begin to understand how to identify the type and quality of your pain, as well as the unique message offered by the pain you experience in specific areas of your body. An integrative blend of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and lessons are offered. You are encouraged to work through the course at your own pace, with support from Anne and your fellow students. Guidance on how to most effectively work through the course materials and maximize their benefit is presented.
