DescriptionThis yoga music is based on the sacred yoga music technology, the yoga of sound. Relaxation is not the absence of stress, for stress is endemic in our society. If we are under stress, we cannot sleep, eat or digest well. Communication tends to be ineffective. It is more difficult to be patient, loving or helpful to other people. Many diseases are caused by stress. So if we can't avoid stress what we can do is find a place within ourselves that gives us the experience of stillness and detachment.
