Artist Bio2002 Shakta Kaur Khalsa began practicing yoga in 1972, and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 1976. She is an IKYTA certified teacher trainer, and a 500 RYT with Yoga Allaince. Additionally, she is an AMS certified Montessori educator and author of several well-known books for adults and children.
Shakta travels extensively throughout the year teaching Kundalini Yoga workshops, yoga for women, and The Radiant Child Yoga Program, a certificate program for teaching children yoga. See her websites, The Radiant Child Yoga Program and Shakta Khalsa. for more information.
