"This video was filmed due to the requests of many of the prenatal students I teach and others. "Yoga for Pregnancy" was created based on our weekly prenatal yoga classes. There is a special connection prenatal women share together in a class setting, but it is not always possible to attend a class so, Debra decided with the help and support of her students, to create an "at home" prenatal yoga class for all to enjoy." - Debra Geymayr

Comments:
"It has been my experience that pregnancy entails a complex interaction of changes, both emotional and physical for the expectant mother. I feel that prenatal yoga is beneficial for the mother to keep her healthy and strong physically, while using deep focused breathing to calm and relax. I refer many of my families to prenatal yoga and feel this is a healthy adjunct to pregnancy, labor, delivery and through the childhood years. I heartily endorse yoga for the families of my patients."
-Eric N. Rydland, M.D., Medical Director, Rydland Pediatric Wellness Center, Miami, Florida.
