As its name implies, this project was created for the sole purpose of giving the listener an experience. Those familiar with Guru Singh's prior work (including an album with pop artist, Seal) will find him entering into new musical territory. This series of Kundalini Yoga mantras is consistent and focused—letting the power of the vibration be the star—using subtle vocal and instrumental layering analogous to the subtleties of the Universe that one becomes aware of in deep states of meditation. The Guru Singh Experience: Volume ONE is both the first in a series, and a declaration of ONE—its rhythms and melodies culled from the listener outside of time—then brought back to the listener in the Living Moment.
