Artist BioUntitled Document Harijot Kaur Khalsa have been practicing Kundalini Yoga since the year 1975. She was a student of Yoga Bhajan. Through her books and various yoga music albums, she tends to teach Kundalini yoga and meditations. Till now, she has compiled and illustrated seven yoga manuals: Owner's Manual, Physical Wisdom, Self Knoeldge, Self Experience, Reaching ME in me, Infinity and Me and Parana Praanee, Praanayam. As a teacher, Harijot Kaur Khalsa centers her classes around the mechanics of braething and breathing techniques that are followed in Kundalini Yoga.
