Prayer is the finite reaching out to the Infinite, the known stretching toward the Unknown, the creature calling out to it?s Creator. Prayer is the manifestation of the human soul?s most primal urge, to connect with the Source of its being, it?s longing to belong to God.

These three mantras come from the ancient tradition of Kundalini Yoga. They create a sound current on which to make that connection, to let us get the message through, and they open a pathway to receive a reply.

- Ardas Bhaee ? Gives us the power to project our prayer into Infinity. - Ek Ong Kar Sat Gurprashad ? Open our hearts and minds to be able to re-connect and receive the answer to our prayer. - Guru Ram Das Chant ? Creates a consciousness which is in a continual state of prayer.

The CD is designed to be used by yoga students and teachers to facilitate the profound experience of prayer. The liner notes describe the process of prayer, explain the meaning and effect of each mantra and give meditations to maximize the transformative impact.

Each mantra has been recorded for 22 minutes, which is the time required for your three mental bodies (Negative, Positive and Neutral minds) to work together to integrate your mental transformation. There is a pause at the 11minute mark, this is the time it takes activate your pituitary gland, known as the gland of intuition and higher consciousness.

Tarn Taran Singh lives in Mexico and serves as KRI as International Coordinator of Trainers and Aquarian Teacher Program Director. He is a talented musician and gifted, humorous and engaging speaker. Tarn Taran Singh became a student of Yogi Bhajan�s in the year 1972. He has been teaching, training and practicing Kundalini Yoga for more than 30 years in the USA, Europe and Latin America. He founded the European Yogi Tea Company and was the first European Teacher Training program. Tarn Taran Singh serves KRI as International Coordinator of Trainers and Aquarian Teacher Program Director.
