Shakta Kaur Khalsa began practicing yoga in 1972, and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 1976. She is an IKYTA certified teacher trainer, and a 500 RYT with Yoga Allaince. Additionally, she is an AMS certified Montessori educator and author of several well-known books for adults and children.

Shakta travels extensively throughout the year teaching Kundalini Yoga workshops, yoga for women, and The Radiant Child Yoga Program, a certificate program for teaching children yoga. See her websites, The Radiant Child Yoga Program and Shakta Khalsa. for more information.

When she is not traveling and teaching, she lives in Herndon, VA with her husband and twelve-year old son.

This is the best compilation of kundalini yoga music for teachers and practitioners. It has many of the key mantras all on one CD. They are only about 3 minutes long each but if you have to buy just one cd. this is the one to get.
