Description
A student once asked his master, ?Sir, how far must I travel to find God?? The master placed the tip of his little finger on the student?s navel, spread his fingers wide placing his thumb on the student?s heart. ?Just this far, my son. The path is short, but you must have great courage to walk it, because along the way you will be confronted by three great obstacles: anger, fear and grief.?

These three mantras come from of the ancient tradition of Kundalini Yoga. They can give us the courage and consciousness we need to overcome these obstacles and make this journey into our own hearts.

- Gobinde Mukande ? Transforming fear into invincible spirit.
- Guru Ram Das Chant ? Transforming anger into forgiveness.
- Aadays Tisay Adaday ? Transforming grief into joy.

The CD is designed to be used by yoga students and teachers for a transformational inner journey of consciousness. The liner notes describe this journey, explain the meaning and effect of each mantra and give meditations to maximize the transformative impact. A booklet with more information and suggested yoga sets is also available.

Each mantra has been recorded for 22 minutes, which is the time required for your three mental bodies (Negative, Positive and Neutral minds) to work together to integrate your mental transformation. There is a pause at the 11minute mark, this is the time it takes activate your pituitary gland, known as the gland of intuition and higher consciousness.

The beautiful melodies and rich harmonies also make them uplifting background music at home, on the road or at work. You can also let the sound current permeate your subconscious by putting them on continuous play while you sleep.

Tarn Taran SinghTarn Taran Singh lives in Mexico and serves as KRI as International Coordinator of Trainers and Aquarian Teacher Program Director. He is a talented musician and gifted, humorous and engaging speaker. Tarn Taran Singh became a student of Yogi Bhajan in the year 1972. He has been teaching, training and practicing Kundalini Yoga for more than 30 years in the USA, Europe and Latin America. He founded the European Yogi Tea Company and was the first European Teacher Training program. Tarn Taran Singh serves KRI as International Coordinator of Trainers and Aquarian Teacher Program Director. He has authored a series of Mantra CDs which include Mantras of Prayer, Soul Bride and Ik Ardas and others.

Here are instructions for practicing this meditation:

Posture: Sit in easy pose.

Focus: Eyes are closed and focused at the third-eye point. 

Mantra: Har Har Har Har Gobinday - Har Har Har Har Mukanday - Har Har Har Har Udaray - Har Har Har Har Aparay - Har Har Har Har Hariang - Har Har Har Har Kariang - Har Har Har Har Nirnamay - Har Har Har Har Akamay

Mudra: Bend your elbows so that your hands are comfortable in front of you at approximately shoulder height.  Chant the mantra.  When you chant the word 'Har,' quickly open and close your hands as you pull the navel point in and up.  Repeat these actions each time you chant 'Har.'

Time: 11 minutes.

End: Inhale deeply, hold your breath.  Exhale and relax.
