Crimson, vol #3, which is the least "pretty" of the series, is tremendous in the morning, in traffic. It produces great energy, but almost completely gets rid of road rage. Good for waking up and getting out the door, too.

Untitled Document

Singh KaurSingh Kaur is also known as Lorellei and Laura Drew. She is a composer and singer. Singh Kaur was intoduced to the magic of music at the age of five. At age 14, she bought her first guitar and has been composing and arranging ever since. She spent some time in a yoga ashram studying ancient spiritual teachings and writing music to complement sacred texts. She joined Soundings of The Planet to produce her first Billboard-charting album, Instruments of Peace (1988). Her music reached a wide audience through the hugely popular Crimson Series albums recorded with Kim Robertson.

For Singh Kaur, it has always been music that has surpassed individual accomplishment. Her lyric creations complement the feelings of love of a woman to her lover; love of a mother for her children; and a spiritual seeker to the source of her inspiration.

Kim Robertson's was in Wisconsin and classically trained on piano and orchestral harp. Her love for the Celtic harp grew in mid-70's. She was a pioneer in the American folk harp movement. Her original compositions and arrangements of traditional Celtic music have stretched the boundaries of the harp for a new generation of performers. Combining innovative techniques with a passionate sense of tradition, she tends to bring a modern touch to a centuries old instument.

Today, Kim Robertson's name has become synonymous with the gentle but powerfully evocative Celtic harp. Her work encompasses over 20 album projects, 11 volumes of harp arrangements, three instructional videos and an international itinerary of concerts and retreats.

Dazzling, but don't forget, this is NOT just Singh Kaur's recording--it's equally Kim Robertson's (the amazing harpist.). They conceived and built the project together.

In these challenging times, we wanted to share a meditation for prosperity and happiness and give you the music as a free download.  So add this to your cart and get a free download!!
"This mantra brings prosperity, happiness, and saves us from calamities.  It is the sound current which brings a shield and brings good luck and removes discomfort and disease.  It is the key to the doorway of self elevation."  - Yogi Bhajan

Here are instructions for practicing this meditation:

Posture: Sit in easy pose.

Focus: Eyes are closed and focused at the third-eye point.

Mantra: Har Har Har Har Gobinday - Har Har Har Har Mukanday - Har Har Har Har Udaray - Har Har Har Har Aparay - Har Har Har Har Hariang - Har Har Har Har Kariang - Har Har Har Har Nirnamay - Har Har Har Har Akamay

Mudra: Bend your elbows so that your hands are comfortable in front of you at approximately shoulder height.  Chant the mantra.  When you chant the word 'Har,' quickly open and close your hands as you pull the navel point in and up.  Repeat these actions each time you chant 'Har.'

Time: 11 minutes.

End: Inhale deeply, hold your breath.  Exhale and relax.
