This mantra is great for kids yoga. We talk about these as the four steps that let you achieve anything you want. The Child's Play workbook is great for those starting out teaching kids yoga and especially meditation. I've often wondered if this was a mantra given by Yogi Bhajan. But it doesn't have an author on this page. Does anyone know where it came from?
