Recipe: Vegan coconut dahl
Ingredients:
2 cups red/ yellow lentils
8 cups water
1 bay leaf
1 can of coconut milk
curry powder to taste
garlic, onions, salt to taste
and lots of loving mantra (secret ingredient!)
Directions:
Clean beans and boil water. Add beans and bay leaf to boiling water
and cook until the beans are soft. Add all other ingredients and salt to taste.
Super yummy and simple...it's always a crowd pleaser!!
