Deva Premal's Organic Raw Vegan Smoothie
Breakfast for 2:
This is just a sample....it changes according to season, availability and mood!
mango -1
banana – half
passion fruit -1
blueberries - handful
celery – 1 stalk
spinach – handful
kale – few leaves
broccoli – few flowers
avocado – 1 small
20 almonds (soaked in water overnight)
pak choi - few leaves
green asparagus – 3 or 4
sprouts - handful
coconut oil – table spoon
chia seeds – t-spoon
flax seed oil – t spoon
raw cacao powder – tea spoon
coconut flakes – table spoon
lemon - half
apple - one
water -whatever
ginger – whatever
All blended together into one healthy glass - and even Miten likes it!
