Our poor little colons are overtaxed by processed foods, toxins, and a sedentary lifestyle. Give your metabolism a one-two punch and get it started (as well as working the thyroid, pituitary, and pineal glands) with this simple recipe.
The Colon Cleanser
12 skinless almonds
6 pitted prunes
Soak almonds and prunes overnight. This will make the almonds begin to sprout, creating nitrogen. The iron in the prunes, combined with the nitrogen in the almonds, create a powerful colon cleanser and metabolism stimulant. Blend together in the morning as smoothly as possible. Drink with glee!
