Have you ever had prasad (or gurprasad)? It’s the sweet treat served at the end of Gurdwara ceremonies in the Sikh tradition. More than a dessert, it is considered the Guru’s blessing. It is prepared in a sacred and traditional way, and served with reverence and grace. You do not have to be a Sikh to go to Gurdwara, partake in Prasad, or receive the blessings of the lineage of Sikh masters.
