To those Honoring the Divine Feminine,
A few things to keep in mind as we go into this sacred sadhana...
1. In a house where there is disharmony this shabd can help bring harmony. It diffuses the frustrations in the man, elevates his view of woman and the womans view of herself. Just putting this shabd on repeat lowly can help transform, heal and uplift your surroundings.
2. Remember it doesn't hurt to say a prayer at the end of this shabd to bless any particular person you may want to bless. What person, or relationship, could use this nurturing?
3. Mostly importantly I want you to deepen your relationship with you and your connection to the divine feminine. That is the most beautiful thing you can do for you and that will switch everything else of its own accord. If you are not feeling results immediately give the sadhana time to integrate. Wait and keep practicing. See what happens as you go along.
4. Open your heart and Dive in! Rearrange the letters of "dive in" and you get "divine"!
I will be sharing my experiences as I go through this with you all and hope to hear your experiences, too.
Wishing you healing, light and love this day.
Humbly,
I feel this to be a very powerful sadhana for me already AND it’s day 1! gurunam’s post today is so inspiring me to go deeper. Honoring The Divine Feminine i walk on Mother earth barefoot(it’s still warm here in upstate Ny)and connect and give thanks for my beautiful home, I pick up any trash i see and use resources of water wisely. I have set up a second altar honoring the Divine Feminine as well…I have kwan yin , mother mary and someother sacred objects. Thank you all for your committment.
Sat Nam Linda, That is an awesome idea for anyone (everyone) doing this sadhana. To set up an altar, or a second altar, for honoring the divine feminine. I am going to do it also! Spending time with the earth is nice, too. Thanks for sharing. Humbly, Gurunam Singh

Inspired by Linda’s post I have dusted off my Goddess altar and infused it with love as I begin this journey. Blessings to you all and to blessed Mother Earth. Sat Nam!

I felt the power and strength of this sadhana right away as love and gratitude poored forth from everyone around me on the good news of my dad successful surgery yesterday. He’s 88 yrs young and although he suffered a very mild stroke during the procedure he’s doing great.
Wahe Guru
I am so enjoying this sadhana – it brings me a great sense of centredness and peace.
During the pranayam, I’ve noticed my reiki turning on quite strongly, which interests me. Is the reiki responding to a call to heal my relationships with my self, my female relatives and friends, the divine, the Earth? There’s only one way to fine out – keep doing it!
I’m just putting this here because I’m not a FaceBook user: I noticed that the FB discussion linked to in today’s email mentioned several times difficulty in following the mantra. My fix is to put my laptop on the coffee table in front of me and have 2 tabs open in my browser, one with the instructional video going, and one with the mantrapedia article open. I enlarge the mantrapedia article so that the mantra takes up most of the screen, but I still have the intructions and the music to guide me along. It’s the best of both worlds, as I get to “join in” with the video and read the mantra easily.
