Spirit Fest has come and gone. The Spirit Voyage family took a few days off after the event to recover and digest the experience. The event was a result of hard work, open hearts, and a strong desire to serve. It was our collective mission to put on the best show possible...to immerse the crowd in the healing sound current for 3 days and to make sure that every person in attendance was provided an opportunity to tune in and bliss out.
The closing ceremony on Sunday will be a memory that we cherish for a long time to come. As all the artists sang "We are the People of Love" and everyone danced throughout the room acknowledging and honoring each other's presence, we were moved to tears, as were so many others. We are eternally grateful for each and every attendee. We're grateful that you shared this experience with us and made the first annual Spirit Fest a success.
To Harg and Karan for holding the vision of Spirit Fest and bringing it to fruition...THANK YOU!
To the artists who performed and showered us with healing mantras and soothing melodies...THANK YOU!
To Gurmukh who traveled to West Virginia for the first time and got our bodies moving and our hearts opening...THANK YOU!
To Hari Singh and the sound crew- Sat Darshan Singh, Hari Dass Kaur, Adi Love, Dharm Singh, Jot Kaur and Giorgi Baino, who pulled off a virtually flawless event...THANK YOU!
And to Mukanday and Gobind Moore who served so selflessly and were integral to the success of Spirit Fest 2010....THANK YOU!
