Need a little kick for your veggies?
Not only does this dressing taste delicious, but its also really helpful for preventing the gas that may result with eating raw vegetables. It's a great digestive aid and will make your tastebuds leap into Sun Salutations!
4 springs parsley
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/2 cup raw sesame oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup plain yogurt
Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve. Makes 3 cups.
