There is a wisdom in humility beyond any education or experience. The wisest among us are also the most humble, knowing that no knowledge they can attain is as vast as the Infinite Wisdom of the universe. The humble are content and peaceful; all they have is a gift from the Divine and they freely offer it back should it be required, for there is infinite supply.
There is a wisdom that comes to the servant of the Infinite Divine. Many of us reject the idea of servitude and giving over our power to another source. But bowing to the Infinite isn't giving our power away, it is giving our power back in order to receive even more. This mantra, Aadays Tisay Aadays, comes from Japji, the morning prayer of the Sikhs. Sikhs bow to no living man or person, but bow fully and completely to the Divine.
Aadays Tisay Aadays is a yogi's humble bow to the Infinite.
The mantra is:
Aadays Tisay Aadays. Aad aneel anaad anaahat, jug jug eko vays.
It means "I salute Thee, the Primal One, pure, in the beginning, through all time, through all ages--the One."
It is a mantra of total humility and surrender, but the effect is one of great empowerment and upliftment. You will no longer feel it necessary to sustain yourself with pride, but will be sustained by an energy of love, of which you are a grateful part.
Chant it for 11, 31, or 62 minutes for added benefit or try a meditation with this mantra to release fear.

I love this mantra. I listened to it incessantly when I was going through a very tough time a year ago. I found it to be very soothing, uplifting and reassuring. Thank you for sharing!
