Mantra for Alignment with the Creative Flow: Hari Nam Sat Nam

Stardust

Do you ever feel like you know you have a purpose, but you just can’t seem to find what it is? That there is some destiny you are wanting to achieve, but you don’t have the focus to accomplish it?  It’s not uncommon for people in this modern world of a million life choices to feel paralyzed with uncertainty. Even if you do know what you want and who you have come here to be, you may not be taking the positive steps towards making it all happen. Change all that with a mantra to align yourself with the creative flow of the Universe!

The mantra:

Hari Nam Sat Nam Hari Nam Hari

Hari Nam Sat Nam Sat Nam Hari

This mantra might seem complicated at first, but there are really one three words in it.  Hari means the creative flow of the Divine.  Sat means truth.  Nam means vibration.  The combination of those words suggest that the only true vibration is the creative flow the Infinite.  Once you align yourself with the vibration (Nam) of this truth (Sat) that all there is is the unfoldment of the Universe (Hari), you’re set and on your path. All is well and unfolding as it should.  You bring yourself into vibrational alignment with your destiny by shifting your consciousness.

“The first part of this mantra aligns the powerful creative flow of life (Hari Nam) with your personal identity and destiny.  The second line aligns your intuitions with your intention so the unseen hand of spirit supports your fulfillment.” – Gurucharan Singh Khalsa

To connect with this mantra simply chant away!  You can also do the “Meditation to Keep Steady on Your Path”, where you chant this mantra three times on one breath with your hands in a specific mudra.  Check out the 40-Day Global Sadhana “The Illuminated Path” for full instructions on how to do this meditation here.
