Wow thanks for sharing Christine! There seems to always more to the story than just a sore throat :) sounds like you are getting to it. God bless…

I woke up this morning with the same soar throat that I had just worked a week on getting rid of. It was gone yesterday and I was frustrated it was back! I knew there had to be a meditation or something to get rid of the cause. I started listening to the song samples just to see which one I liked. Just from those samples my throat started to feel better and mucus cleared. I did the meditation for 11 min and my throat feels great! I did end up crying for my next meditation and continued to clear out the problem. While I did the meditation my voice changed from quiet to loud to a beautiful singing voice. Thankfully my husband is deaf and I did not wake him at 3am!

Wahe Guru!!! Thank you for this article and the advise! I appreciate it so much! Sore throats just suck and so do the things that cause them. It is wonderful to have a way to clear all that out!

    Wahe Guru!
    Christine
