This is the last full week of Mercury’s retrograde motion. Take advantage of this time by going through old emails, letters, and voice messages that you have forgotten about or have put on the back burner. You may find some exciting surprises there that you did not expect. Someone may be trying to contact you to send you money or return something that he or she has borrowed. Maybe you are reminded of an important piece of information that you had forgotten about.
Take advantage of the week by reviewing, reflecting and going back over old items, documents, photos and books. Cleaning house now will help you move forward with more confidence and mobility when Mercury goes direct next Wednesday.
Meanwhile, realize that we have come to the time of the dark of the Moon. Monday finds the Moon in her final phase of waning before she reaches newness. It is a time to retreat and go inward. Take care of yourself, don’t stay up late. Rise with the Sun. Our emotional energy reserves may feel low and our dream state is more active.
On Tuesday, the Moon in feisty Aries puts an air of assertiveness on everything. If gone too far this feeling may turn to anger and acts of aggression, either verbally, passive-aggressively, or even physically. Be more cautious on the roadway because more than ever, people have a strong desire to be first! At 5:53pm EST (2:53pm PST), the Moon goes void-of-course and we all need to take a back seat. Chill out and don’t make any major decisions for the next four hours. Our intuition is off as the Moon moves “in between” signs. Go with the flow and stick to routine tasks.
Wednesday is the day of the New Moon. It is a time for new beginnings. It is a time to plant new seeds. Let go of things that no longer serve you. Looking to break a habit? This is the perfect time. Trade foot rubs with a friend or romantic partner. Cook a hot nutritious meal for yourself and your loved ones.
Lunar energy waxes as the week continues. Friday’s mood is energetic and lively. You may find yourself running around, connecting with many different people (both virtually and in person) and changing hats many times as you do. Be flexible and adjust to the situation so you can flow like water with the changing circumstances, environments and personalities. This is a day to connect, share information, and get the job done. Just makes sure you don’t get too caught up in gossip. Don’t feed into it. Don’t add energy to it. Turn your attention elsewhere
This frenzy of energy spills over into Saturday as well. By mid-afternoon you feel as if you are running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Slow down and take a break. Better yet, take a nap. The Moon goes void-of-course at 5:28pm EST (2:28pm PST) and will stay that way for the next four hours. During this time, we feel off-kilter. Our intuition is off.
The Moon is right at home on Sunday, however, and this is exactly where we should spend the day – at home. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy a homecooked meal. Call your mother and take a bath. Connect with the water element and trust your intuition. It’s back online – in full force!
