In the yogic system of anatomy, each person has 10 bodies. Certain bodies will play more of a “starring role” in the theater of that person’s life, depending on their birthday. These “starring role” bodies need to be kept in balance. And what better way to balance our body (all 10 of them!) than with mantra and yoga music?
Using this system, I’d like to recommend 10 (+1) light-body appropriate CDs to buy anyone on your holiday shopping list. Using very simple numerology, all you need to know is the person’s birthday.
