This song came to me originally as a prayer for a dear friend of mine.
We were living together at the time, and she was having one of those moments when you cannot remember who you are, you cannot feel your beauty, your purity, your divinity...you just feel terrible, confused, lost and broken...
(you don't know what I'm talking about do you? hehehe 
)
My heart ached with her pain, my own pain, and the collective pain of the soul forgetting it is one with its creator. In my longing to reflect her truth and beauty, this song was born.
I paired it together with the 20th stanza of Japji (morning sacred poetry of the Sikhs), which reconnects us with our purity and innocence as the Divine Child of God/ Goddess.
The sound current of creation brings us back into the seat of the heart and we remember who we are and that there are no mistakes. In this remembrance, all that remains is the perfection, beauty, absolute love and forgiveness of the One.
Nearly everyday, I re-learn the power of forgiveness, as both a healing salve for the past and a transformational elixir for our personal and collective evolution into awakened awareness, blossoming and becoming all that we are as Hue Man Beings.
This song is a love song ~ from God, from the infinite, to the beloved divine child within each of us.
