Expanding Your Capacity
Spring is here! But it is still cold & windy. Darn. God is great, but radiation is on the rise. Life is good, but I wish I could lose weight and I feel so blah!. This is true but this is also not true, if you expand your capacity to WHA-HAY-GUROO. (I am in ecstasy when I experience the Indescribable wisdom.)
Do you suffer from these conundrums? Walking in Brooklyn I see a banner, "Frustrated with life? Have a drink, let it all go". Hmmmm....why dull the pain with excessive drink & chocolate?
Expand your human experience to new realms... try BANDANA KRIYA.

Track #4: Waheguru for Bandana Kriya
HANDS: Press your palms together as praying. The hands must be pressed together with fingers exactly fitted against each other and thumbs fully connected leaving no peeking space.
EYES: 9/10 closed with vision parallel the nose.
MEDITATION: Inhale deeply, hold the breath in while you mentally chant: Wha-hay-guroo 8 times.
Then exhales completely, hold the breath out and mentally chant 8 times: Wha-hey-guroo same rhythm
same speed.
Wonderful, simple, it is the simplest thing to do. At the moment your mind wants to go elsewhere do this.
Resolve that this is my kriya and from today onward I will do it-every day- come what may. You can expand your capacity of your life experience with 11 minutes a day. Be still at the end and feel the effect as you hold the breath in and concentrate. Feel expansion and light from within and see the light and expansion. There can be a tremendous change in your destiny because it brings the neutrality of the tattwas (elements of the universe earth, either, air, fire, water). You can magnify its effect by sharing it, teach it, and do it as a group meditation.

Satkirin Kaur Khalsa is one of the most beloved and prolific Shabd Kirtan singers of all time. Introduced to a holy life of Kundalini Yoga and Sikhism by her teacher Yogi Bhajan forty years ago, SatKirin now serves the sacred sound current with a spiritual passion rarely seen in today's world. Her voice reaches deep into the heart.
Having studied with many of the world's leading kirtan masters, SatKirin now sings for audiences and festivals across the United States and around the world with her group, Mantra Medicine Band. Her many albums have a global following and have become standards in the Kundalini yoga community. SatKirin shares her expertise
with fans on her Kundalini Yoga TV show, aired internationally on Jus Punjabi.
In her role as Sikh Minister, Satkirin was the first Guru Granthi of Guru Ram Das Gurdwara Los Angeles (1976-1992) and now serves the Manhattan sangat. She has had the distinct privilege of singing the opening prayer for the Opening Ceremony of the 2009 United Nations General Assembly on Climate Change.
Looks very interesting! And potentially powerful! Is this the new 40 Day Global Sadhana!?!
Oh, sorry, when you’re hands are in prayer position, they are in front of your chest?
Yes Mariel. In front of your chest palms pressed together.
Hi Mariel, this is an optional mediation for you to enjoy.
Sat Nam and thank you, Ramdesh and Satkirin!
God bless you dear Mariel ji, Satkirin~
