I love the edge that Kundalini Yoga gives me. It gives me the energy and clarity to excel in each moment and be the best version of myself. I love that Kundalini Yoga is such a vast practice that it can meet me wherever I am.
I feel deeply and I am a sensitive human being. My independence, strength and grit are some of my greatest assets in life – not allowing other people’s narratives to determine my artwork and my life.

My life is very simple, because I only care about one thing: as long as I am serving the mission, I don’t mind what else happens. I try to do better today than I did yesterday, and I’ll try to do better tomorrow than I did today. Yogi Bhajan said something very interesting, “I wake up in the morning, I do everything as accurately as I can, and I go to sleep at night. I don’t do anything else.”
