  2. Greetings! I have to say that I started last Wednesday at our local Kirtan, did it on Thursday the next day, BUT unfortunately have not done so afterwards. However, I plan on doing more and must make mental notes of doing them. Is it ok if I started doing twice last week and resume on even with 4 days of skipped? I want to makesure as I usually hear how there is always flexibility with practices like yoga, meditation etc and we shouldn’t be stuck in rigidity.

    • Sat nam Samar,

I certainly encourage you to start again and do it with us! You will be starting from day 1, as it is 40 consecutive days of the practice. Many blessings, Ramdesh

  4. Is it OK to start this now? Does it matter if we haven’t done the whole 40 days by 11.11.11? If I start now, should I keep going for the 40 days or just stop on 11.11.11?

    • Sat nam! It’s absolutely ok to join now. Start! Then you should continue for 40 days and not stop at 11-11-11. Blessings, Ramdesh
