Shabd Khalsa
Shabd Khalsa was born and raised a second generation Sikh and Kundalini Yoga practitioner. He grew up in the DC area and learned Kundalini Yoga from his parents. He was one of two Sikhs/Yogis in his Virginia public elementary school. He would often present to his classes on those topics. He attended Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar India from 1999 to 2005 where he was certified as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. He now resides in Eugene, Oregon where he studies Planning, Public Policy, and Management at the University of Oregon. He loves Brazillian Jiujitsu and teaches yoga twice a week.
