Music is a blessing, a prayer, and a healing when it comes deeply from the heart.
I looked for volunteer opportunities on craigslist and saw “Free Yoga for Volunteer Service.” That of course seemed like a winning combo.

On October 9th we will have the very special opportunity to sing a Shabad, or Divine recitation, for 2.5 hours, called “Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur”, in the early morning hours with our incredible community of musicians.
It is the single most powerful tool for sustained elevation and connection that I have found. I am eternally grateful to Yogi Bhajan for sharing.
Our intention is to gather as One people!
My prayer is that the music will help to open hearts — singing these mantras and chants has certainly done that for me.
We are at the stage in our evolution as human beings when we are really coming into the moments Yogi Bhajan always talked about.
