Spirit Voyage's next 40 Day Global Sadhana was personally chosen and will be taught by Snatam Kaur and her husband Sopurkh Singh. You can also join Ramdesh Kaur on Facebook for daily motivation and a large global sadhana community!
We will begin on February 28th and will continue for 40 days ending on April 8th with a Live Webcast of Snatam Kaur leading us all from her Sacred Chant Retreat in Costa Rica.
The sadhana will include 11 minutes of a pranayama called "Burn Inner Anger" (from page 147 of Praana Praanee Praanayam) and then finish with 11 minutes of chanting "Guru Guru Waheguru Guru Ram Das Guru" (from Snatam Kaur's album Shanti.)
This powerful combination was chosen by Snatam to help us burn out our anger and then cool off and find peace with the sweet energy of Guru Ram Das.
We will have videos from Snatam and Sopurkh teaching us all exactly how to do this sadhana and we are blessed to be able to share the powerful and transformational practice of Kundalini Yoga.
Of this powerful pranayama, Yogi Bhajan said, "In eleven minutes time, if you get into the correct posture, breathing and angle of the hand, it will re-build within you a very powerful immune system. If you do it every day, after forty days you will be a different person."
Here's to a new you!

We will also have a dedicated Burn Inner Anger/Guru Ram Das Sadhana discussion board on our Facebook page!

Is this Burning-Anger pranayama safe to do during pregnancy, esp in the first tri-mester (physically and energetically)? It sounds great to get rid of all that “junk”!!
My question is the same as Trisha. I am 30 weeks pregnant, and I wonder how safe physically and energetically it is to do an inner anger burning pranayam while housing a young one. Please let us know, love the idea, especially the 11 min guru guru wahe guru afterwards
Sat nam,
Jessica

Wahe Guru! Soooo happy to be delving into this beautiful 40-day meditation with you all. I did this practice for the first time this morning and I cannot believe the amount of love, gratitude, beauty, calm, and compassion that came from a simple 22 minute commitment. Thank you Snatam, Sopurkh, Yogi Bhajan-ji and Guru Ram Das for dedicating your lives to healing, to service, and to peace. Many practitioners in our yoga community here in Bar Harbor, Maine, will be taking part and keeping up with all of you around the world. What a bountiful, blissful, beautiful experience to live.

Ramdesh-
Thanks for checking with Snatam and Sopurkh. Just to clarify – the meditation is fine to do while pregnant. Does that include the inner anger pranayam? I get contractions every time I teach/do it. My body is hesitant to continue with it, I would like your advice, although the teacher within will ultimately decide
would like to join the burning inner anger sadhana
Only thanx! To all the community and the teacher. Just did my 2nd dy. Feel home. Clean and blissed. Ready to share a day as a light of god.
Meet you there.

Jessica, I think if you’re having contractions, I’d back off. That’s just my answer, not Snatam and Sopurkh’s, but it may not be what you need right now. Blessings!
