3 Kundalini Yoga Tips to Get Clear Skin

How to Get Clear Skin

Embarrassed by your skin?  Pimples, blackheads, acne?  Heal yourself from the inside out with these simple fixes for bad skin from the Kundalini Yoga tradition.

Excerpt from the book I am A Woman: Selected Lectures by Yogi Bhajan:

1) Drink 2-4 cups of chamomile tea daily as an inner cleanser for the skin.

2) Green grapes can be eaten for a clear complexion.  They are high in vitamin C, magnesium and potassium.

3) One or two tablespoons of lecithin daily acts as an emulsifier and balances all the oils in the body; and therefore, helps to clear the skin.
