Sacred Chant Retreat Meditation: Ram Ram Hari Ram
During the Sacred Chant Retreat in Costa Rica, we practiced the meditation to Experience and Project Your Original Self. Snatam composed music specifically for this meditation, and many of us committed to continuing this meditation for 40 days after the retreat.
