Store Policies

Retail Returns and Refunds

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by www.spiritvoyage.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, defective product), we will pay the return shipping costs. The original or a copy of the original invoice with a written explanation of the authorized return must be enclosed. Defective items will be replaced with the same item unless otherwise authorized.

Items meeting the above guidelines are eligible for a full refund of purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs.

All retail returns must be pre-authorized with the authorization number clearly written on the invoice. Items not pre-authorized will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Partial Refunds (Retail)

Items not meeting the guidelines for full returns will receive a partial refund:

  • Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery date: 80% of item's price.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price
  • Any CD or DVD that has been opened or removed from item's original factory seal: 50% of item's price
  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to error: up to 50% of item's price.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional code or some other type of discount, you will not be refunded the amount of the promotional offer or discount, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase.

Retail Exchanges

If you receive a defective item and need it exchanged for the same item, please contact us. Once authorized, the item can be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out upon reception of the defective product. If you would like a defective item exchanged for a different item, it can be done once the defective item has cleared the guidelines for a return.

Holiday Returns

We understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended return periods during the holidays.

Wholesale Returns

Products purchased wholesale that are returned as new are subject to a 15% restocking fee (shipping and handling not included in the calculation). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and returns must be authorized by Spirit Voyage Music before they are returned. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. Items to be returned must be sent postage pre-paid.

Wholesale order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee (again, shipping and handling will not be included in the calculation). Order cancellation can only be made before a shipment has been sent. Once the shipping occurs, the Wholesale Return policy is in effect.

E-ticket Returns

Tickets for single day events such as concerts, workshops, and meditation practices are non-refundable.

For courses, training programs, and other multiple day events, full refunds can be given up to 14 days in advance. A 50% refund is available until 72 hours before the event. After this point, there is no refund available.

Items purchased at Live Events

Defective items purchased at live events or defective Spirit Voyage titles purchased through other vendors (any return without an order number) are exchangeable for same title only. New items purchased at live events are subject to exchange for credit toward another item in our warehouse. New items purchased through other vendors must be returned to their original place of purchase.
