Retail Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Spirit Voyage happily accepts new, unopened items that you bought at SpiritVoyage.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If we made a mistake (like sending you an incorrect item or a defective product—boo!), then we will pay the return shipping costs, too! If you just changed your mind, we’ll refund you the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Just make sure that when you send it back, you clearly label your name and order number, so we can refund the right person!
If you want to exchange your defective merchandise, we will happily send you another of the same product.
E-ticket Returns
E-tickets are non-refundable. Sorry!
